1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using My Reporting Board, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all usage of our service.

2. User Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, passwords, and API keys confidential. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration info.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Ensure you do not use our service for any unlawful or malicious activities.

3. SaaS Services & Limits

We provide tools to aggregate and visualize website traffic, keywords, and domain audit statistics. These reports are subject to service limits (such as keyword limits and active project counts) based on your selected subscription plan.

4. Billing & Subscription Cancellations

Subscription payments are billed recurringly (monthly or annually). You can view subscription status on your Billing page. You can request a cancellation at any time. Active subscriptions remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, completely error-free metrics, or specific search ranking results. We aggregate third-party search engine APIs and are subject to their availability.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
