My Reporting Board (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a SaaS reporting platform that helps businesses connect multiple marketing and analytics platforms into a single dashboard for reporting and insights.

1. Information We Collect

When a user connects their Google account, we access Google Business Profile data only after explicit user authorization via Google OAuth. This may include:

  • Google Business Profile account information
  • Business locations details
  • Performance and marketing insights data

Note: We do not create, modify, or delete any Google Business Profile data. All accesses are read-only.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data solely for reporting and analytics purposes, including:

  • Displaying dashboards and search performance reports.
  • Providing aggregated business insights.
  • Improving reporting accuracy for authorized users.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any of the data we collect or access with third parties. Your credentials and retrieved data are strictly kept confidential and processed solely inside our secure servers.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard database encryption, SSL protocols, and restricted credentials access. Database connections are audited and access is limited strictly to authorized users only.

5. User Consent & Revocation

Access to Google Business Profile and Analytics data is granted only through Google OAuth consent. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings, after which no further data is accessed or refreshed.
